1. TAEMSP Member - Interior Room (Double Occupancy) With Conference – $1,686.22
This option guarantees an interior state room for two people. Only one person in each stateroom should complete registration.

Conference Only Non-TAEMSP Member – $300.00
This admits one non-TAEMSP member into the conference portion of CE @ Sea. No cruise fare, free drinks, or other group amenities available with this option. Fee is non-refundable and must be paid at time of reservation.
Conference Only TAEMSP Member – $200.00
This admits one TAEMSP member into the conference portion of CE @ Sea. No cruise fare, free drinks, or other group amenities available with this option. Fee is non-refundable and must be paid at time of reservation.

TAEMSP CE @ Sea

Join TAEMSP as we set sail on the open seas for CE @ Sea 2024. Earn 14 hours of CAPCE accredited continuing education units while enjoying all of the sights, sounds, and relaxation the Caribbean ocean has to offer. Hours earned will count toward Critical Care Paramedic and below levels for licensure renewal CE requirements. Whether you are an EMT or a Critical Care Paramedic there will be content and learning for all.

*Prices for staterooms below are PP (per person) and based on double occupancy unless otherwise listed. Please email greg.johnson@tnemsproviders.com before booking if you wish to sail alone OR need to add a 3rd or 4th guest to your room (this will affect the pricing of the 1st and 2nd guest in this stateroom as well).

Only one person per stateroom needs to purchase stateroom package. During registration please include all guest information requested.

Payment Dates & Deadlines-

TAEMSP encourages all attendees to pay entire cruise/conference fare at once. However, the following payment schedule has been allotted if an attendee must spread payments. Interior staterooms require a $50 per person non refundable deposit to hold the room, balcony staterooms require a $100 per person non refundable deposit to hold the room. Late fees of $50 will be assessed to all payments not received by the date specified. Payments #1 & 2 are refundable according to the stated refund policy listed below.

Shore Excursions -

Join TAEMSP for an exciting CE opportunity at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club on 10/17 during our stop in Cozumel. All sailing attendees may add on this shore excursion which includes round trip transportation from the cruise port to Mr. Sanchos Beach Club, admission into Mr. Sanchos All Inclusive Beach Club, and one hour of CE Credit. Mr. Sanchos Beach Club is an all-inclusive (all you can eat/drink beach club) located in Cozumel just miles from the cruise terminal.

Cost of excursion - $100 per person (non-refundable) purchased during registration.

After booking deadline of 6/15, all stateroom registrants will receive a confirmation number for their booking. Attendees should contact Royal Caribbean's loyalty program Crown and Anchor to establish an account OR sign into an existing account and add booking number. Once established, attendees will be able to purchase additional options such as specialty dining, drink packages, Voom High Speed Internet, spa packages, and more to make this an incredible vacation.
